88pkr Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 88pkr platform (the "Platform"), whether through the website at 88pkr.app or any associated mobile-optimised interface, you ("User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy of 88pkr, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. 88pkr reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 88pkr, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Be a natural person of at least 18 years of age. 88pkr strictly prohibits access by minors. 18+
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on the 88pkr platform or any affiliated responsible gaming register.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
• Be acting on their own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

88pkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 88pkr platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Upon registration, Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number. 88pkr will conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification as required by internal compliance policy. KYC verification requires, at minimum:

• A clear photographic copy of both sides of the User's valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
• A selfie or live photograph for identity confirmation, where requested.
• Proof of payment method ownership, where required for withdrawal processing.

Full deposit and withdrawal functionality is conditional upon successful KYC completion. 88pkr assumes no liability for delays in access to funds arising from incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions. All KYC data is handled in accordance with the 88pkr Privacy Policy.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. 88pkr will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an account resulting from a User's failure to protect their credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to 88pkr support immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88pkr platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88pkr accepts deposits via the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (where applicable). Channel availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Deposits: Funds deposited to 88pkr are credited to the User's account upon confirmed receipt. 88pkr does not guarantee processing times for third-party payment providers and accepts no liability for delays attributable to those providers.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method associated with the User's verified KYC profile. Withdrawals to unverified or third-party accounts are prohibited. 88pkr reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum & Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the User's account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
• Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 88pkr reserves the right to apply an administration fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormancy policy, details of which will be communicated to the User by email or notification prior to application.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 88pkr are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any bet.

• Sports Betting: All cricket, PSL, and other sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In-play markets are subject to suspension at any time. 88pkr reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error.
• Casino Games: RNG-based casino and slot games use certified random number generation systems sourced from licensed third-party providers. Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the respective studio provider. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system or dealer.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting a game or bet, 88pkr reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the User's account. No compensation beyond the returned stake will be payable.
• Maximum Winnings: 88pkr may apply maximum winnings caps on individual games, markets, or bet types. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

88pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be stated at the point of offer and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any one time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 88pkr reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional offers will result in the cancellation of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct on the 88pkr platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or any subsequent KYC process.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Operating more than one account, or using another person's account with or without their knowledge.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly authorised.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any event available for betting on 88pkr.
• Using the Platform if you are an employee, contractor, or affiliate of 88pkr or any of its software or service providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88pkr platform — including but not limited to the 88pkr brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data — is the proprietary property of 88pkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, redistributed, publicly displayed, or exploited commercially without the prior written consent of 88pkr.

9. Limitation of Liability

The 88pkr platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 88pkr makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or information displayed, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88pkr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings due to technical failure.

88pkr's aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by the User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

88pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. The following tools and restrictions form part of the Platform's responsible gaming framework:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly 18+. 88pkr uses KYC verification to enforce this restriction.
• Deposit Limits: Users may request daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the support team. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period.
• Session Timers & Reality Checks: Users may activate session timers that provide on-screen reminders of time and money spent during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to suspend their 88pkr account for a defined or indefinite period may request self-exclusion via live chat support at any time. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the stated period.

11. Suspension & Termination

88pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a User's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• Account inactivity in accordance with the dormancy policy.
• A User's own request for self-exclusion.

Upon termination for cause, 88pkr reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no cause is established, balances net of any voided bonus amounts will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Amendments to These Terms

88pkr may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via on-screen notification or email to the User's registered address. The date at the top of this page ("Last Updated") indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations under which 88pkr is operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral body as determined by 88pkr's licensing authority.

Pakistani Users access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling under the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. 88pkr makes no representation that the Platform is available for use in any particular jurisdiction.
